In October 2025, ‘Cieli Sonori’ opened at BiM Milano, presenting the work of Gaia Anselmi Tamburini in a dialogue between seeing and listening. Together, we developed the exhibition design. The photographs, printed on thin aluminium sheets, were gently set into vibration by her field recordings, producing the disorienting experience of allowing people to listen to images. In the raw, unfinished location, we defined a language of technical yet precious, almost calligraphic details. With Max Milà Serra, we designed lights, structures and cables that resonated with the delicacy of these vibrations — minimal organisms suspended in darkness. The exhibition became a sound-path, guiding visitors from one botanical fragment to the next. Powered by Mater. In and C41 Magazine
